Data Access Request Instructions

At creatorXchange, we respect your right to access your personal data. This document outlines how you can request access to your data.

How to Request Your Data:

1. Submit a Request

- Log into your creatorXchange account

- Go to Settings > Privacy & Data

- Click on "Request My Data"

- Verify your identity using your account password

2. What Data You Can Request

- Account Information

- Profile Details

- Content Analytics History

- Platform Usage Statistics

- Connected Platform Data

- Payment History (if applicable)

3. Processing Time

- Requests are typically processed within 30 days

- You will receive email notifications about the status of your request

- Complex requests may require additional time

4. Receiving Your Data

- Data will be provided in a downloadable format (CSV or JSON)

- You'll receive a secure link via email when your data is ready

- The link will be valid for 7 days

5. Alternative Request Method

If you cannot access your account, you can submit a request via email:

- Send an email to admin@creatorxchange.com

- Include "Data Access Request" in the subject line

- Provide your account email and username

- Include proof of identity (we will provide instructions)

6. Additional Information

- There is no charge for requesting your data

- We may contact you for additional verification

- Multiple requests within 6 months may be limited
