1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using creatorXchange ("Platform"), operated by Purr Management, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Definitions

- "Creator": A content owner who uploads content for distribution

- "Clipper": A certified user who creates short-form content from original content

- "Content": Any media, including but not limited to videos, audio, images, or text

- "Clip": A derivative short-form piece of content created from original Content

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Account Requirements

- You must be at least 18 years old

- You must provide accurate and complete information

- You are responsible for maintaining account security

- One person or entity may only maintain one account

3.2 Account Types

- Creator accounts require verification of content ownership

- Clipper accounts require certification through our program

- Curator accounts are by invitation only

4. Platform Rules and Guidelines

4.1 Content Guidelines

- All content must comply with platform policies

- No illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

- Must respect intellectual property rights

- Must comply with Meta's Platform Terms

4.2 Distribution Rules

- Clips must properly credit original creators

- Minimum clip length requirements must be met

- Platform-specific formatting guidelines must be followed

- Distribution must comply with all applicable laws

5. Rights and Licenses

5.1 Creator Rights

- Creators retain ownership of original content

- Creators grant limited distribution rights to Clippers

- Creators can revoke access to their content

5.2 Clipper Rights

- Clippers own their derivative works

- Original creator attribution is required

- Distribution rights are non-exclusive
