2. Go to Settings > Privacy

3. Click "Delete My Data"

3.2 Via Email

1. Send an email to admin@creatorxchange.co

2. Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

3. Include your:

- Full name

- Email associated with account

- User type (Creator/Clipper)

- Reason for deletion (optional)


3.3 Via Support Form

1. Visit creatorxchange.co/support

2. Select "Data Deletion Request"

3. Fill out the required information


4. Submit the form

4. Verification Process

To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing any deletion request:

- Account holders will need to confirm via email

- Additional verification may be required for sensitive data

- Business accounts may need to provide authorization documentation


5. Deletion Timeline

- Requests are typically processed within 30 days

- You will receive confirmation when:

* Request is received

* Verification is complete

* Deletion is in progress

* Deletion is complete


6. What Happens After Deletion

When your data is deleted:

- Account access will be terminated

- Content will be removed from our platform

- Analytics data will be anonymized

- Payment records will be retained as required by law


7. Data We Must Retain

8. Third-Party Platforms

Please note:

- Content distributed to other platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) must be deleted separately
